Colleagues,
I am excited to announce the review and refresh of our strategic plan. To assist in the effort, we have engaged the consulting services of Consulting. As part of this engagement, Page will be reaching out to selected individuals to gather information and context to support their work.
Importantly, the Kirk Kerkorian Medical Education Building (MEB) has been completed, we have established new graduate medical education (GME) programs and a continuing medical education (CME) program, we have expanded our class size to 66, and have developed new research programs, all consistent with our strategic plan. With many individuals serving in multiple roles and preparing for our next accreditation visit, the work by Page will help us to expedite the updates.
I have been informed that Page has already begun to reach out to individuals to schedule interviews. If you have received one of these emails, I kindly request that you make all efforts to schedule and complete your interviews in a timely manner. Emails will come from @pagethink.com and are not spam or phishing attempts.
Once Page completes their work, we will begin to share the results for broader input and feedback, ultimately ending with a shared strategic plan for the school.
