There are so many opportunities to grow when you participate in one of the 51勛圖窪蹋 Harrah College of Hospitality's summer programs! Our camps allow high school students to immerse themselves in a fun and educational pre-college experience. This means learning what it's like to be a student at the top-ranked Hospitality College, engaging with real professors, and bonding with fellow campers ... all the while getting a taste of the exciting career options within the dynamic hospitality industry. High school students, with preference to juniors and seniors, can choose between two options:
CULINARY MINI BOOT CAMP
Sponsored by Harrah College of Hospitality
Step into the kitchen with the Culinary Mini Boot Camp, sponsored by the Harrah College of Hospitality, ranked as the top hospitality program in the country! This 2-day immersive experience is perfect for high school students looking to elevate their culinary skills under the expert guidance of Chef Christopher Lindsay.
But theres more to explore! At the Harrah College of Hospitality, our bachelors degree in Hospitality Management combines business fundamentals with a hospitality focus, preparing you for management careers in food and beverage and beyond including hotel operations, events and entertainment, casinos and gaming, integrated resorts, sports entertainment, travel and tourism, and more! - Dates of Camp: Camp 1: May 27 and 28, 2025 / Camp 2: May 29 and 30, 2025
- Cost for Camp: $250.00
- Enrollment: Each camp will enroll 15 students
Eligibility Criteria: Students must be a current high school student with at least a 3.0 or higher cumulative GPA. Preference for this camp will be given to students who have some culinary experience either through work experience or through a culinary student organization.

HOSPITALITY EXPLORATION SUMMER CAMP
Sponsored by the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation
Get ready to explore the world of hospitality at the Hospitality Exploration Summer Camp, proudly sponsored by the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation! Designed for high school students, this camp offers a firsthand look at the exciting and dynamic field of hospitality. Hosted by the 51勛圖窪蹋 Harrah College of Hospitality, ranked as the #1 hospitality program in the country, youll discover how earning a bachelors degree in Hospitality Managementa business management degree with a hospitality focuscan open doors to careers in hotel management, events and entertainment, food and beverage, integrated resorts, country clubs, sports management, travel and tourism, and more!
This 3-night, 4-day immersive experience is packed with hands-on activities that showcase the possibilities in hospitality. Youll connect with industry leaders, engage in interactive sessions with our faculty and current students, and explore how earning your degree at 51勛圖窪蹋 is within reach. From exciting field trips to networking with corporate partners, youll gain real-world insights and even learn the steps to apply to our program. Discover your future in hospitality this summer!
- Dates of Camp: Tuesday, June 10, 2025 - Friday, June 13, 2025
- Cost for Camp: $450.00
- Enrollment: The college can host up to 50 students for this camp
Eligibility Criteria: Students must be current high school students with at least a 3.0 or higher cumulative GPA. Preference for this camp will be given to students who hold junior or senior standing, with diverse goals and representing a variety of backgrounds.

- Click to create an application profile (if you do not already have a profile with 51勛圖窪蹋). Once you have created your profile, log into your email to retrieve the email sent to you to set up your password.
- If you have a profile (or once it is setup), click to log in to complete a Summer Camp application.
- Once you have logged in, look for Summer Camps on the left hand side of the page. Click on Summer Camps.
- Now click on the summer camp you wish to apply to and complete the application.
Application deadline for all Hospitality Summer Camps is March 31, 2025.
