The program of study for the Management major prepares students for management positions in various sectors of business and industry, including banking and finance, retail, hospitality, service providers, and healthcare as well as local, state, and federal government, nonprofit organizations, and self-employment.

  • Human Resource Management Concentration

    Management majors who want to focus on human resources may do so by declaring the Human Resource Management concentration. This concentration within the management major will prepare students for one of the most fundamental aspects for any business: hiring the right people for the right jobs. Students will also learn how to retain, train, compensate and gain a competitive advantage through those they hire.
