Overview

Electronic Document (eDoc) Services supports the Division of Business Affairs and its university partners as a professional service provider for document imaging and the development, implementation, and management of electronic forms and workflow. This ensures the continuity and efficiency of our business processes and operations.

Business Affairs has adopted the use of TeamDynamix (TDX) to support Enterprise Service Management.

TDX users appreciate:

  • A user-friendly administrative web interface and desktop to manage their processes
  • The ease of creating and downloading reports
  • Simplicity with uploading and attaching documents at any time
  • Sending and receiving emails through the platform and keeping track of all communications with a searchable feed

Goal

In addition to developing, implementing, and supporting business process automation efficiencies, we collaborate with university stakeholders responsible for document retention management. Through these collaborations, we work toward ensuring records are integrated into public records compliance software to meet our federal, state, and local obligations.

Privacy and Confidentiality

We observe the privacy and confidentiality of our clients for the forms, documents, and any records we scan and manage. In addition, we remain current for compliance training for FERPA, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, public records, and cyber security.
