Feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or disconnected? You’re not alone. College life can be demanding, and burnout is something many students face at some point. But the good news is, it’s possible to bounce back and regain your energy, focus, and motivation.
Join us for the Virtual Success Series: Bouncing Back from Burnout, a supportive and practical session where we’ll explore strategies to help you recover from burnout and build resilience for the future. Learn how to identify the signs of burnout early, prioritize self-care, and develop effective habits to avoid burnout in the long run.
Admission Information
The event is open to all 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ students. Students must pre-register for the event using Rebelmail to receive workshop access.
