Information about the one time HRA PEBP contribution
The one time contribution does not have an expiration date: the funds roll over from one plan year to the next unless you terminate employment or go to the Medicare Exchange with Via Benefits. Unused funds will stay with 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ if you leave your job or retire. If you terminate from employment , you may still access the funds for services incurred before leaving State Service and while covered under the plan, but reimbursement requests must be made manually. You are not able to use the funds for services incurred after your HRA terminates.
