Human Resources Professional Development (HR PD) Seminars

Human Resources is pleased to offer professional development seminars for all 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ employees. Seminars are designed to build skills in a wide-range of topics that directly relate to the work we do here at 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ. Trainers create an engaging environment that combines presentations and activities with thought-provoking discussions.

Each topic is offered as a series of multiple sessions. Content builds upon previous discussions, so we encourage you to attend all sessions in a series. This will allow you to participate in a meaningful way and maximize the benefits of your experience.

For virtual seminars, participants must join from a computer with a working video camera and microphone. Participation is free, registration is required, and space is limited. Registration opens six weeks before the series and closes the Monday before the series begins.

The REBELearn Training Academy (RTA) is hosted by Human Resources’ HRIS and Organizational & Employee Development teams. The program trains department representatives to become REBELearn department administrators (RDA) through in-person and web-based sessions, documents, videos, and other helpful resources.

51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Administrative Assistant Academy (A3) is a training series designed to foster a culture of continuous improvement for all administrative assistants. The program outlines six competencies that 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ administrative assistant professionals, supervisors, and leaders have deemed essential.

51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Learning and Development Alliance

The development of MTA was a collaborative, cross-campus initiative lead by 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ's director of organizational development and the 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Learning and Development Alliance (Alliance), an advisory body that provides support, strategic advice, and dynamic perspectives.
