Description
An overview of tribal casino/gaming. Topics include tribal gaming operations, the economic impact of tribal gaming industry and how tribes utilize gaming revenues. Students will study the history of tribal gaming, including legal and court challenges faced by tribes, role of the federal regulatory agencies, and how compacts are structured with various states.Prerequisites
