Description
Examines the legal and ethical issues applicable to provision of healthcare. Analyzes concepts of criminal law, malpractice, tort law, negligence, and risk reduction. Explores employment, corporate structure, and contracting issues pertaining to healthcare. Probes ethical considerations regarding patient consent and treatment.Prerequisites
