Introduction to human resources functions: recruitment, selection, labor relations, training, coaching, and performance appraisal processes of employees in the hospitality industry's culturally diverse workplace. Understand workplace safety and security. Understand employment laws related to hospitality employees. Discover how positions are interrelated within and across the organization.Prerequisites
