Learn organizational behavior theories and their impact on employee and management performance in the hospitality industry. Develop management skills in conflict resolution and diversity management. Analyze hospitality organizational cultures. Apply motivation techniques in the hospitality workplace. Develop team management skills both as a team member and manager.Prerequisites
