Description

Evidence-based nutrition practices for athletes and physically active individuals focusing on nutrition assessment and nutrition interventions. Emphasis on fueling strategies, alterations in body composition, weight control, metabolic pathways, and ergogenic aids. This course is crosslisted with NUTR 605. Coursework at the 600-level requires additional work.
