Description
(Formerly HED 165.), (Satisfies 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ general education social science requirement.) Study of health principles as they apply to college and adult life, including mental health, sexuality, substance abuse, nutrition, health care, and environmental health. Increases understanding of underlying causes of, and cultural, social, and personal influences on these principles, and helps move students toward optimal physical, emotional, social and mental health.Prerequisites
