Chia-Liang "Leo" Dai (Teaching and Learning), along with Ching-Ying Chen and Cheng-Liang Chang of University of Taipei, and Ziying Wang of University of Macau, published a manuscript, in the International Journal of Child Health and Nutrition. The study's findings demonstrated the positive trajectory of the impact of this intervention on increasing food-and-nutrition-related knowledge and improving healthier diet choices at convenience stores among children. The profound effects of parent involvement in children's eating behaviors were also identified in this study.
