Julia Freedman Silvernail, Lucas Dibenedetto and Kristyne Wiegand (all Kinesiology and Nutrition Sciences) co-authored which appears in the current issue of the International Journal of Exercise Science. The study examined the potential effects of cryotherapy on performance and injury risk, and discovered acute negative impacts on performance and movement. Dibenedetto is an undergraduate student, while Wiegand is a doctoral student.
