LeAnne Salazar Montoya (Educational Psychology, Leadership, and Higher Education) has been elected as the Chair-Elect of the American Educational Research Association (AERA) Research on Women in Education (RWE) Special Interest Group (SIG) for the upcoming year. This appointment follows her dedicated service as a committee co-chair, where she has played a pivotal role in advancing research, advocacy, and mentorship for women in education.
