Megan Griffard (Educational Policy and Leadership) and colleagues, Lora Cohen-Vogel from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Michael Little from North Carolina State University published an article, "" in Children and Youth Services Review. The article presents a new typology for categorizing the various early childhood governance structures across the U.S. It also investigates which states leverage their governance structures to improve vertical alignment between B-3 and K-12 education.
