Dr. Moni Ahmadian, D.M.D. and Dr. Jean C. Shen, D.M.D. (both Dental) co-authored and presented "Dentoalveolar Manifestations as the Presenting Sign of Gardner Syndrome" as a poster in 2023 annual American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology (AAOMP) meeting in Salt Lake City, Utah. Their abstract reported the oral and radiographic manifestations of Gardner syndrome in a 14 year-old female patient that prompted timely diagnosis and early interdisciplinary treatment of the case. Ahmadian is an associate professor of oral pathology and director of 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Oral Pathology Biopsy Service. Shen is a resident at 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Orthodontic Residency program. This project was completed in collaboration with Dr. Joseph Lasky, M.D., director of Cure 4 the Kids Foundation, a division of Roseman University of Health Sciences.
