This article presents the findings and analysis of a study that explored and examined the different factors that older men who have sex with men have found to be protective and important to fostering their HIV resilience since the early 1990s. As the population that has been disproportionately impacted by HIV/AIDS the most since the start of the epidemic, they have insights and experiences that have proven to be considerable and valuable resources for influencing interventions, services, and programs dedicated to fostering their resilience to HIV/AIDS.
