Sarah Wolff (Educational Psychology, Leadership, and Higher Education) was awarded second place for research presented at the 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Postdoctoral Research showcase in collaboration with Jonathan Hilpert, Vanessa Vongkulluksn and their colleagues at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. The research, "Self-efficacy inertia: The role of competency beliefs and academic burden in achievement," uses the random intercept cross-lagged panel model (RI-CLPM) to explore reciprocal relationships inherent in self-efficacy theory.
