Starting March 16, the University Libraries will restrict access to library facilities to only 51勛圖窪蹋 and NSHE-affiliated students, faculty, and staff until further notice in response to COVID-19.
Anyone wishing to access Lied Library or any of the branch libraries will need to present their RebelCard or a library card from another NSHE institution.
"The health and well-being of the campus community is our top priority during these unusual times, said Maggie Farrell, dean of libraries. In addition to restricting access to our facilities, weve requested additional cleaning in the building from facilities management and are taking steps to do additional cleaning on heavily circulated items to help combat the spread of COVID-19.
The Architecture Studies Library, Music Library, Teacher Development & Resources Library, and Special Collections and Archives will be closed. The Makerspace and Multimedia Production Studios in Lied Library also will be closed. The Health Sciences Library and InfoCommons will be open to 51勛圖窪蹋 students, faculty, and staff, but with minimal staffing. Complete library hours .
The Research Consultation and Computer Help Desk in Lied Library will be closed, but the Libraries will continue to support online library/searching/resource questions via the or via text at (702) 945-0822. In addition, a number of resources can be accessed through the using your ACE Account.
