Biography

Dawn L. Davidson is the associate director for the Nevada Institute for Children’s Research and Policy (NICRP) within 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ's School of Public Health. Her expertise is in data collection and program evaluation, working with several state and county partners that provide services to children and families.

Davidson's projects include teen pregnancy prevention, maternal health care, and children's mental health resources. She collects data for the Clark County Child Death Review Team, Southern Nevada Health District, Clark County Department of Family Services, and Safe Babies Court team to ensure the community is providing adequate services to both children and their families.

With the information and data collected, she is able to measure the usefulness of a variety of services, offering feedback and resolutions on how to improve their impact on the community.
