The University of Nevada Las Vegas’ School of Dental Medicine is changing lives one smile at a time by providing affordable dental care to the Las Vegas community. Residents who have no insurance and need dental care can get it at the university for a fraction of the price.
In a Jan. 12 letter to students posted on 51ԹϺ’s website, 51ԹϺ President Keith Whitfield said that he had established a Committee on Campus Security and Safety to “review existing security measures and develop and implement a comprehensive safety infrastructure plan.” He also revealed that extra security will be present on campus in the form of university police as well as a private security firm.
