The Arnold Shaw Popular Music Research Center and the Las Vegas Jazz Society will host a reception and concert featuring the jazz art of Ray Figueredo, the jazz photography of Gordon Banz, and the music of the Joe Lano Duo at 7 p.m. Feb. 1. The event will be held in the Beam Music Center lobby and Doc Rando Recital Hall on the 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ campus.
The artist reception is free and open to the public. Admission to the jazz concert, which will begin at approximately 8:15 p.m., is $5 for Jazz Society members and $7 for non-members. The John Geever Quartet will provide music during the reception.
