51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ alumnus and Food Network celebrity chef Guy Fieri will prepare some of his signature dishes for the next Chef Artist Dinner Series on October 16 at 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ's Stan Fulton Building. The gourmet event will begin with a reception of hors d'oeuvres, wine, and entertainment, followed by a three course dinner planned and prepared by Fieri. Each course will be paired with an appropriate wine selection provided by Deluca Liquor and Wine. The menu is as follows:
Hors d'oeuvres:
Lamb Loin Chops with Mint Pesto
Bacon Wrapped Prawns with Chipotle BBQ Sauce

The Chef Artist Dinner Series is held each semester and is sponsored by the 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ William F. Harrah College of Hotel Administration and Bon Appetit Magazine. Proceeds from the event benefit the students, faculty, and facilities of 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ's Food and Beverage Department.
