Brendan J. O'Toole, assistant professor of mechanical engineering, has been selected to receive the 1995-96 Alex G. and Faye Spanos Distinguished Teaching Award.
The honor carries with it an unrestricted cash award of $2,000. O'Toole, who has taught at 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ since 1992, will be recognized at the Honors Convocation on April 18 and at an awards reception April 30.
O'Toole is the 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ professor who recently received the Ralph R. Teetor Educational Award from the Society of Automotive Engineers.
