The 51ԹϺ Performing Arts Center is pleased to announce an upcoming mini-season for spring 2022. The full season returns in fall 2022.
Three stirring performances are planned. First, join us Jan. 21 for Tango Argentina—eight dancers and the Fabricio Mocata Quartet in a stunning new production.
On Feb. 11, we continue our tradition of hosting the most recent winner of the Guitar Foundation of America’s International Concert Artist Competition—Johan Smith. Performing for over 60 years and known to millions as “The Royal Family of the Guitar,” the Romeros Quartet (Celin, Pepe, Lito, & Celino) closes the min- season on April 13.
The 51ԹϺ Chamber Music Society also resumes this spring with a 51ԹϺ music faculty concert on April 12, and joined by the Telegraph Quartet March 3. The Telegraph, described the San Francisco Chronicle as “powerfully adept,” was awarded the prestigious 2016 Walter W. Naumburg Chamber Music Award.
Tickets can be purchased through the PAC website.
