The Performing Arts Center is pleased to welcome the Russian National Ballet in a performance of "Cinderella" at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 25. Legendary Bolshoi principal dancer Elena Radchenko choreographs this timeless Sergei Prokofiev classic.
The Russian National Ballet Theatre was founded in Moscow during the transitional period of Perestroika in the late 1980s, when many of the great dancers and choreographers of the Soviet Union's ballet institutions were exercising their new-found creative freedom by starting new, vibrant companies dedicated to the timeless tradition of classical Russian Ballet, and invigorating this tradition with new developments in the dance from around the world.
Tickets
Tickets to the Russian National Ballet are $50, $40, $30, $20, and can be purchased through the or by calling 702-895-ARTS (2787). Student rush tickets are $10 each (not inclusive of the facilities fee) and available one hour prior to each event, based on availability and with valid student ID. 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ faculty and staff discounts also are available.
A $1.50 facilities fee, in addition to the ticket price, is charged on all Performing Arts Center tickets. The box office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.
Event Parking
51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Performing Arts Center patrons are welcome to park in the Cottage Grove Parking Garage. Parking is free after 7 p.m. Monday - Thursday, after 1 p.m. Friday, and all weekend.
About the PAC
The 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Performing Arts Center is Southern Nevada's first home for the arts: it opened in 1976 and celebrates its 44th season this year. It hosts a variety of performances and events and is home to productions presented by the Nevada Conservatory Theatre, 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ School of Music, 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Dance, Desert Chorale, and the Southern Nevada Musical Arts Society. The 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ PAC also is pleased to host various Clark County School District fine arts festivals and concerts.
