CAPS Hosts Reflection and Connection Post-Election Event Today

Post-election, you may be experiencing a variety of emotions and may have many questions about what this means for you, your loved ones, and our community. We see you and hear you. You are not alone.

If you need support or a space to process, 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Student Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) is hosting a Reflection and Connection Post-Election event 1-3 p.m. today (Thursday, Nov. 14) in the Health Education Room in the SRWC.

This is a drop-in event that will have a variety of activities, such as coloring and crafting to provide space to de-stress, connect, and share reactions to the election results. Therapists at CAPS will be there to provide additional support and information related to coping.

All members of the 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Community are welcome to attend.
