Introduction to Open Access Publishing Workshop April 10

Join the University Libraries on Thursday, April 10 at 10 a.m. for the workshop, Introduction to Open Access Publishing. Participants can attend in-person in the Pioche Room at Lied Library or online. 

This workshop will focus on the practical aspects of open access, including how to achieve open sharing of scholarly publications with confidence. You will get tips for navigating an increasingly complex world of open access publishing and learn about library resources available to 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ authors that support open access publishing.

After attending this workshop, you will be able to find open access journals in your field, and identify characteristics of good practices in open access journal publishing and avoid predatory publishers.
