As we approach winter break and the final holidays of the year, the Student Union will be closed December 19 - January 1 and as a result please note the following changes to :
- Student Union IT Help Desk: Closed from December 19 - January 1.
- CHB B-113 IT Help Desk: Open 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday - Friday. Closed December 25 and January 1.
- Live chat agent support: Available at from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday - Friday. Closed December 25 and January 1.
- Telephone support: Available at 702-895-0777 from 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. daily, including January 1. Closed December 25.
For assistance while IT services are closed:
- Many campus technology questions can be answered through our chatbot, Scarlet, available on the .

Computer Labs Hours
Beginning December 16, the SU 233 computer lab will be open 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. on:
- December 16 - December 18
- January 6 - January 10, January 13 - January 17
- Regular weekly hours resume beginning January 21
All other computer labs will be closed December 15 to January 20. Normal hours will resume on Tuesday, January 21.
We encourage students to view the for hours and use to access lab software from off campus at any time.
