Nov. 5 General Election Info and Reminders

The November 5, 2025, General Election is quickly approaching and there is still time to register and vote! Even if you believe you are already registered to vote, checking to confirm your information is correct is important and it may save time at your voting location. That’s why 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ invests in the nonpartisan online tool TurboVote () to make it free and easy to check and update voter registration, set up personalized email or text reminders, or see what's on the ballot.

  • Check and update voter registration:  can link you to your Secretary of State website to verify and make any needed updates.

  • Register to vote in advance online: Use your Nevada DMV-issued driver's license / ID or your Social Security number. Note: this changes your registration to vote in Nevada only. 

  • Complete same-day voter registration for Nevada at any voting center: This has more specific requirements and documents. Visit the .

Speak up for what matters to you this election, and cast your ballot in Lied Library's Goldfield Room (follow signs to the 3rd floor). 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ students, faculty, and staff who are registered to vote in Clark County may vote in-person or drop off mail ballots - plus get the custom 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ sticker (while supplies last)!

  • Early Voting: Oct. 30 and 31 and Nov. 1 from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.

  • Election Day: Nov. 5, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
