Spring Semester Refresh: Mindfulness and Meditation Practice Jan. 28

Start the spring semester with a clear mind with a guided meditation practice focusing on breathwork on Tuesday, Jan. 28, in Classroom 208A in the Student Union. 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Nursing assistant professor Dr. Nirmala Lekhak will lead the practice and demonstrate helpful ways to de-stress and decompress throughout the semester. Please if you'd like to attend.

Two 45-minute sessions will be offered:

  • 10 a.m. - 10:45 a.m.
  • 11 a.m. - 11:45 a.m.
