Craig Topple

Biography
Craig Topple has worked at 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ since 2010. In his current role as the Business Affairs system administrator for records management, Craig manages Electronic Document (eDoc) Services and the Application Administration team in Business Affairs Administration Shared Services. Craig has extensive experience working with both student records and business records and continues to demonstrate excellence in developing and implementing process improvements.
Philosophy
Craig is driven by his passion, integrity, and compassion. He is a natural leader and prefers to lead by example, modeling the behaviors he hopes will inspire others. Craig believes in empowering others to make a difference and displays these qualities every day in both his personal and professional life.
Background
Originally from Brooklyn, NY, Craig graduated from the New York City Outward Bound program for at-risk youth during his first year in high school. His time in Outward Bound was a transformative experience. Craig participated in leadership training activities, wilderness skills trips, and a variety of volunteer activities to support individuals in need. Craig has served as a mentor to youth and managed/coached baseball teams for the Police Athletic League (PAL). In his first year with the PAL, Craig and his friends coached their team to win the league championship. In the years following, many of the parents reached out to him to express their appreciation for what their child learned from Craig’s motivation, positive attitude, and team building exercises. To this day, Craig continues to model these attributes.
