Biography
Dr. Neill is an Associate Professor in the School of Public Policy and Leadership in Greenspun College of Urban Affairs at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ). She previously served as associate dean for the college of urban affairs. Her research primarily focuses on valuation of environmental and public goods. Most of her research uses housing market data at the local and national levels to obtain dollar values from differences in housing characteristics as well as geographical areas. Currently she teaches undergraduate courses in urban studies and serves as Faculty Advisor for Upsilon Sigma, The Urban Studies Honor Society. In the past she has served in multiple leadership roles at 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ.
