As part of the larger Grants and Contracts Team, Jacob leads the Contracts Officer(s) in negotiating and accepting terms for sponsored agreements. He also spearheads efforts to refine contract management procedures, provides stakeholders with guidance on compliance and contractual matters, and leads training initiatives. Prior to joining 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ, Jacob worked at both Weill Cornell Medicine and Northwestern University. He earned his BA in Political Science from Wabash College and a JD from the Indiana University McKinney School of Law. Outside of work, Jacob is a passionate fundraiser for nonprofits that improve literacy and eliminate barriers to education.
