Biography
Jeffrey Orgera has fostered student success and educational equity in higher education for over 28 years. He is currently the Associate Vice Provost for Student Success within the Office of the Executive Vice President and Provost. Dr. Orgera has a strong record of designing organizational structures, processes, and teams that advance a culture of student success through collaboration, data-informed decisions, and identity-conscious practices. Before coming to 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ, he served in leadership roles at the University of Arizona and the University of California, San Diego. Jeffrey provides central leadership for student success efforts, including academic advising, the Rebel Success Hub platform, the Retention, Progress, and Completion team, Pre-Professional Advising, and the Early College Program with Clark County high schools. Dr. Orgera was born and raised in Stamford, CT, and completed his undergraduate degree in Psychology at Keene State College and his graduate degrees in Educational Psychology and Higher Education Administration at the University of Arizona.
