Biography
Jessica Impallaria, M.Ed. is the Director of Development & Alumni Relations for the College of Liberal Arts at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ). She received her Masters of Education in College Student Personnel Administration from Illinois State University in 2011 and her Bachelor of Arts in History with a Criminal Justice minor from 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ in 2008. The first in her immediate family to attend and graduate college, Jessica has made a career in higher education for over 10 years. She has served three institutions in Student Engagement & Development, Fraternity & Sorority Life, Alumni Relations, and University Advancement. Her research interests and passion are Fraternity & Sorority leadership development and philanthropic giving trends to universities, particularly amongst first-generation college students.
Jessica has extensive experience working with volunteers, student leaders, and non- profit stakeholders and has an eye for event planning and logistics. She has implemented educational programs which emphasize values congruence in leadership, organizational management, philanthropy, academic performance, individual and collective responsibility, and effective interpersonal relationships.
Jessica has served in many volunteer roles for Greek-lettered organizations and continues to be an involved alumna of Alpha Delta Pi Sorority serving on facilitation teams to bring enhanced leadership programs to current collegiate women. She enjoys giving her time and talents to other non-profit organizations around Las Vegas. Outside of her professional life, you can find Jessica enjoying life with her beloved miniature poodle, Vincenzo.
