Biography
Jill Humphrey, MD, Ph.D., is an assistant professor in the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Department of Pediatrics. Originally from Maryland, she received her bachelor’s degree from Ohio University and then earned a dual MD/PhD degree at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. Following up to this, Dr. Humphrey completed a residency in pediatrics at the Texas Children’s Hospital/Baylor College of Medicine.
With her love of primary care medicine and a strong belief in the importance of the medical home, Dr. Humphrey began working at a busy private group practice in central Texas. She spent nearly 18 years at this practice and even served as a member of the group’s board of directors. With the goal of joining a growing pediatric primary care practice, Dr. Humphrey moved to Las Vegas where she excitedly joined the faculty at the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine.
