Joann Strobbe is the executive associate dean for finance and administration for the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ. For nearly 29 years prior to her 2018 arrival in Southern Nevada, she was a key figure in the building of the business foundations for the University of South Florida (USF) College of Medicine and what came to be known as USF Health -- the Schools of Medicine, Pharmacy, Public Health and Nursing.

She has also served as national chair for the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) Business Affairs Group; national chair for the Association of Academic Health Centers (AAHC) Senior Finance Officers; and as Senior Associate Vice President for USF Health. Joann Strobbe holds a master’s degree in educational leadership and higher education and a bachelor’s degree in economics.
