Biography
Kevin Mailland, DO, CAQSM, is an assistant professor in the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Department of Family and Community Medicine. Raised in Las Vegas, NV, Dr. Mailland received his medical education from Touro University Nevada and completed his family medicine residency at the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine. He continued his training with a primary care sports medicine fellowship at the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine.
With over a decade of experience in the medical field, Dr. Mailland has demonstrated a strong commitment to serving underrepresented populations and advancing medical education. Before his time at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, he worked at the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Department of Family and Community Medicine, where he was actively involved in both medical student and resident education. Additionally, Dr. Mailland contributed to the Radiation Exposure Screening and Education Program (RESEP), providing free medical screenings to individuals potentially affected by downwind radiation from above-ground nuclear testing.
Dr. Mailland is also passionate about contributing to educational initiatives within the medical field, reflecting his commitment to both patient care and the development of future healthcare professionals.
