Biography
Madison Hurley was born and raised in Las Vegas, earning her A.A. in Psychology from CSN and her joint B.A.s in Psychology and Gender & Sexuality Studies from 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ. Madison completed her M.A. and doctorate in Counseling psychology from Texas Woman’s University. She finished her doctoral internship here at 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ CAPS, and is now here as a psychological assistant. Madison is passionate about providing access to culturally competent, identity affirming, trauma informed, and justice oriented psychological services to the Las Vegas community. Her clinical experience includes a variety of concerns such as identity exploration, interpersonal relationships, and trauma. Madison centers sex work inclusive, sex positive, disability, gender, LGBTQ+, and BIPOC affirming feminist practice. In her spare time, Madison enjoys snuggling with her cat, reading romance novels, and watching the Aces play.
