Biography
Olga Karadimou earned her doctorate degree in special education from Old Dominion University and now serves as a postdoctoral scholar at 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ, supporting the NV|Forward Apprenticeship Program initiative. Her research expertise lies in technology-enabled, evidence-based coaching methods to enhance teacher preparation and professional development. Karadimou is committed to further developing this field by researching teacher education and professional development, particularly for individuals earning their degrees through an accredited apprenticeship program.
