Department Overview

Administration Technology Services (ATS) is a shared services support unit designed to serve the technical and organizational needs of 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Business Affairs Administration. The technical and organizational needs are identified through regular interactions with each unit, support requests, and project requests.

Customers and Stakeholders

With the exception of expanded agreements, Administration Technology Services is an internal service provider for business units within 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Business Affairs Administration:

Expansion mechanisms are covered by Chartered Service Agreements and may require financial obligations from departments outside of 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Business Affairs Administration. Two service areas are centrally funded by Business Affairs, expanding the scope of services to Business Affairs and its University partners:

Administration Technology Services employees provide services ancillary to those offered by the Office of Information Technology (OIT), often working with OIT teams as colleagues and stakeholders.
