An Early Intervention Program for Clinical High Risk

What We Do

CHARGE UP is a strengths-based, outpatient treatment program designed for young individuals who are at high risk for developing psychosis. Early identification of risk combined with effective interventions can change lives!

How We Can Help

As a coordinated specialty care program, CHARGE UP provides a variety of clinical treatments and services based on the unique needs and strengths of each client. CHARGE UP aims to help clients build awareness and skills to:

  • Optimize thinking, communication, and daily functioning through Performance Optimization
  • Optimize relationships and understanding through family education
  • Optimize physical and psychological wellbeing through pharmacotherapy
  • Optimize access to resources and services through case management
  • Optimize social and community connection through peer support
  • Optimize future goals and opportunities through education and employment support

Eligibility

Participants must be residents of southern Nevada and between the ages of 12 and 25. Medicaid is accepted and a sliding scale is available.
