Career Design Program

The Alumni Career Design program, offered through our partnership with the career change experts at Mission Collaborative, is a 30-day online peer-learning program that will give you the clarity and guidance you need to create a fulfilling career that fits you. Whether you want to get more from your current career or want to change your career entirely, this flexible online program gives you the structure, confidence, and accountability you need to make it happen.

Get support from fellow 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ alumni while expanding your network. The program will start on Sept. 21, 2024. Enroll by Aug. 31 to save $50. Note that limited spots are available. Visit the for more information.

Volunteer

Volunteering is an excellent way to make a difference in the community and 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ. It also offers the opportunity to help you make connections and expand your career network. There are numerous ways to volunteer (including career engagement), from helping out for a few hours at an event, serving on a committee, or joining the board of directors.

Memberships

Professional associations promote development and career advancement through events, information sharing (e.g., standards, best practices, regulations, research), and access to resources. Additionally, professional association memberships facilitate networking, making new connections, and developing meaningful relationships.

Networking, enhancing expertise, and industry knowledge are necessary throughout one's career. Professional associations help individuals stay current on key issues, technology, research, regulations, and best practice–along with the opportunity to earn/maintain certifications and licenses–all of which are vital to staying relevant and driving career progression.
