Human Subjects Research and HIPAA
This policy outlines guidelines for the permissible use and disclosure of Protected Health Information (PHI) for research purposes under the HIPAA Privacy Rule at 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ. It applies to all faculty, staff, and students involved in research activities, ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards to protect individuals' privacy rights while facilitating necessary access for research.

Limited Data Sets and Data Use Agreements for Research Involving HIPAA Data
