The 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ English department faculty covers a diverse range of fields in their coursework and research. Among our areas of strength are gender and sexuality studies, literary theory, literary nonfiction studies, medical humanities, poetry and poetics, race and ethnicity studies, rhetoric and composition, and world literature and translation. Faculty specialize in all periods of literary history from medieval to the twenty-first century.
