College of Fine Arts Clinic for Health and Injury Prevention is located at the Harmon Annex Building (HAB-1), in room HAB-126. Services are available by appointment for any CFA student at no charge. Screenings and evaluations are offered by 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ physical therapy students under the direction of Department of Physical Therapy faculty members Keoni Kins, Dustin Clow, and Brandi Varnado.

We will typically be available by appointment on Wednesdays and Fridays. Health and Safety protocols will be followed according to university guidelines, which will be shared with the students before coming to their appointments. Students can schedule appointments by contacting us at:
