Getting Involved

A governing body of faculty members that represents the faculty in all matters of interest and concern, including academic policies and procedures.

Protects and promotes the rights and benefits of classified employees at 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ.

A standing committee of the Faculty Senate that reviews and recommends policy and communicates professional staff initiatives and concerns to the Faculty Senate.
Clubs

Activities
At 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ, there are numerous activities that bring our entire campus community together. Throughout the year, employees participate in various academic events, including commencement and the academic faculty convocation. Employees also enjoy cultural events on campus such as the annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day celebration, the Charles Vanda Master Series, and the Barrick Lecture Series, which has featured renowned speakers such as Bob Dole and Walter Cronkite.
Additionally, you can show your Rebel pride during homecoming week or compete in the 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ corporate challenge games. There are also numerous employee recognition events, including the annual faculty and staff holiday party and the president's classified employee of the year ceremony.
